“No Recording Days" are authorized under Government Code 27361.4(b) which establishes the days of operation for the County Recorder as every business day except those designated legal holidays or judicial holidays under Section 135 of the Code of Civil Procedures and as adopted by the County Board of Supervisors. All other County departments will continue to be available on these dates.
