Candidates interested in running for a local or statewide office that will be included in the June 2nd, 2026, Statewide Direct Primary Election can file their Declaration of Candidacy and Nomination Papers starting February 9th through March 6th. Appointments are required and are available Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the exception of holidays.

If the incumbent fails to file during this initial period, an extension will be allowed from March 7th through March 11th.
