The County Recorder will begin offering services in their new office located adjacent to the County Clerk-Elections office within the Government Center (the former CalFire Administration office) on May 1, 2025.

Services offered in the new location will include:

• Real Estate recordings (deeds, mortgages, liens, etc.)
• Map filings (survey, subdivision, assessment)
• Copies of all official records and filed maps
• Certified copies of birth, death and marriage records
