Pursuant to AB 64 (2025), there is a $2 fee increase to HSC 103625(f) beginning January 1, 2026. The fee increase is applicable to the cost of certified copies of a birth, marriage, death, and fetal certificate. The new fees for the records will be as follows:

Applications for certified copies received by our office that are dated/notarized before January 1, 2026 will be processed at the current rates. All applications that are dated/notarized on or after January 1, 2026 must include the new fee.
