Electronic Payment Card or Paper Check
Please note, system maintenance is scheduled to occur from Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM to Monday, February 16, 2026, at 6:00 PM. The State Disbursement Unit, online enrollment form, direct deposit, and electronic payment cards may be unavailable during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Enroll Now for Direct Deposit
Parents receiving support can now apply for direct deposit by visiting the California Child Support website.
Please note that the enrollment process requires you to provide your Social Security Number and Participant Identification number. Your Participant ID will be the same as you use with the Madera County Child Support Office
Electronic Payment Card
The Electronic Payment Card (EPC) looks like and is used the same as a debit or credit card. Every month, your child support payment will be applied to the card balance, and you can use the card anywhere Mastercard is accepted. To apply for the EPC card, please visit the State Disbursement website.
The Electronic Payment Card is managed by Way2GO. Please contact the Way2Go Customer Service Department at (844) 318-0740 to address problems or concerns.
Is your card close to its expiration date or already expired? If your card is expired and you haven't received a replacement, contact the Way2Go call center. If you’ve had a change in address, update your profile now at Login - Way2Go Website.
By Check
California Child Support Services does not recommend this option because payments are delayed and may get lost in the mail. If you are interested in receiving paper checks, please contact your local child support agency at (866) 901-3212.
