Qualified Contractor's Applications

Madera County is formally inviting licensed contractors to submit their qualifications for consideration for inclusion on the list utilized for informal bidding on public projects and maintenance work. The submission period for the upcoming calendar year is scheduled to occur from November to December.

For the 2026 submission year, the deadline for all submissions is December 31, 2025. It is important to note that any submissions received after this deadline will not be accepted.

The submission period will commence on November 1, 2026.
