Single Trip Transportation Permit: $16.00

• Mail in a check or money order with a permit application to Madera County Public Works, 200 W 4th Street, Madera, CA 93637
• Online Payment: Please make your payment online at ACI Payments and then send the payment confirmation and permit application to mcpwpermits@maderacounty.com

Please note that a separate application is required for each requested permit. Failure to complete the application in full will delay the processing of your permit.
