The Social Services Teen Enrichment Program (SSTEP) is designed to provide Teen Learning Sessions to educate CalWORKs teens ages 16-18. This is done by focusing on their unique educational, vocational, training, health, and social service needs. We aim to promote self-sufficiency and to break cycles of dependency by engaging CalWORKs Active clients and their teen dependents in an environment that reaches them on an emotional, intellectual, and social level.
