The County of Madera is seeking proposals for the County Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP) Round 5 Projects Request for Proposal (RFP). Projects include Rapid Rehousing, Prevention and Shelter Diversion, Operating Subsidies for Interim Housing, and Street Outreach. Applications due January 31, 2025.

The timeline we discussed is as follows: 

• January 6, 2025 – Release of RFP
• January 13, 2025 – Information Session
• January 20, 2025 – Final Date to Submit Written Questions
• January 31, 2025 – DEADLINE – Submittal of Completed Application
• February 10, 2025 – Evaluation Committee Convenes/Interviews
• February 12, 2025 – Denial Notification
• February 12, 2025 – Award Notification
• February 19, 2025 – Deadline for Appeals
• April 1, 2025 – Board of Supervisors Executes Agreement
• April 1, 2025 Projected Contract(s) Start Date
